Climbers Gift Guide - Holiday Gifts for Rock Climbers

While this is nowhere near a comprehensive guide to the many great items that a rock climber might like, I hope your curiosity will be piqued, and you'll click through and see what these small businesses are offering.

Of course I have added a few selected items from ClimbAddict and Talisman Studios(shops I own). The other items are made by people I have met and climbed with, or know through the Etsy Climbers Team which is a group of sellers on the Etsy platform who are also rock climbers!

If you see something you like, click through and you'll be delivered to the sellers website, where you can purchase the item and see what else they offer. And = perhaps you'll help us out and share the link to this guide on your social media pages, and help give these small businesses so exposure.

ClimbAddict ChalkBags

rock climbing t-shirts,climbing stickers,climbaddict designs,chalkbags

We recently launched our line of chalkbags and have had a great reception from climbers so far. We're using materials I have personally selected, in small lots. Many bags are available only in one or two pieces, and none will be in quantities of more than a dozen. Each bag is finished by hand, with between 30 and 45 minutes hand sewing, as I stitch the inner collar and loops into place.

You can buy our chalkbags directly through the ClimbAddict Designs website.

Here are a few images form our current collection:

Two Chances to Win T-Shirts!

Looking at my website stats this morning, I noticed that someone got to my website by Googling "How to make a rock climber happy." I looked at the links Google provided, and don't think they really gave the viewer what they were looking for.

So let's us do that! For the next week, post your ideas on how to make a rock climber happy. Make your posts at the ClimbAddict Designs Facebook Page. I'll draw a random number(will use http://www.graphpad.com/quickcalcs/randomn1.cfm) and the post that is that number will win a free T-shirt from ClimbAddict!

This contest runs through Tuesday, April 26 at midnight EST. Winner will be notified via FaceBook.

The SECOND Contest runs through April, and is a word scramble contest. So ra only one person has entered, but they kicked butt with a high score. C'mon - Try to top it! The link for the Word scramble Contest is here.
